That Much Sweeter is a fully licensed and insured limited liability company. Operations are conducted in a fully inspected commercial kitchen that complies with all the food and safety program standards as specified through the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Here are some frequently asked questions.

Do you make anything other than cookies?
No. Here, it’s all cookies all the time! We mostly make sugar cookies, but certain times of the year we also offer chocolate chip cookies, gingerbread cookies and an assortment of traditional Christmas cookies.

How long does it take you to make and decorate a cookie?
From start to finish it is typically a three-day process.
Day 1: mixing, cutting, and baking
Day 2: decorating and dry time
Day 3: packaging and pickup

How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Freshness is a big part of a delicious cookie. We prefer you enjoy or share your cookies within one week of baking.

Can I freeze cookies?
Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months if wrapped in an additional freezer bag or box. VERY IMPORTANT: Do not unwrap your frozen cookies until they reach room temperature! If the cookies are exposed to air while they are cold, condensation will form and ruin the icing.

What are the ingredients?
Our sugar cookies contain: sugar, butter, all-purpose flour, almond flour, eggs, almond + vanilla extracts, salt Icing: confectioners’ sugar, meringue powder, corn syrup, imitation flavor butter, vanilla, assorted sugars and decorations, U.S. approved food colors.

Are your cookies safe for people with peanut allergies?
NO! Our products are prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts and soy.
